Delete your Lovebit account

This page explains how to delete your account in Lovebit: Couple Widget & Pet (iPhone and Android, app ID com.lovebit.days.counter.couple.widget.pet) and what happens to your data.
Option 1: Delete in the app (fastest)
- Open Lovebit and go to the More tab.
- Scroll to the bottom and tap Delete account.
- Tap Continue, then Delete forever to confirm.
On iPhone, if you backed up with Sign in with Apple, you are asked to confirm with Apple once more so the App can revoke its access to your Apple ID.
Your account is deleted immediately and the app starts over. You need an internet connection. If the app says you have done a lot today, try again tomorrow.
If you backed up with Google or Apple and no longer have the app, reinstall it, open More → Backup, sign in with the same account to restore, then follow the steps above. An Apple backup can only be restored on iPhone.
Option 2: Ask us by email
If you cannot use the app, send an email to bonmobile981@gmail.com with the subject "Lovebit account deletion" and include one of:
- your Account ID, shown at the bottom of More in the app (tap it to copy), or
- the Google or Apple email you linked in More → Backup (send the request from that address).
We delete the account within 30 days and reply to confirm. An account that was never linked to Google or Apple can only be found by its Account ID. If you don't see an Account ID in More, you have not paired, raised a pet or backed up yet, so nothing is stored on our servers; uninstalling the app removes everything.
What is deleted

What is kept, and for how long

| Analytics and advertising data held by Google | Not linked to your account or content; kept under Google's retention settings (up to 14 months). You can reset your advertising ID in Android settings, or turn off tracking in iPhone Settings → Privacy & Security → Tracking. |
| Purchase records | Kept by Apple or Google Play as required for billing and tax. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription: cancel it in iPhone Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions, or Google Play → Payments & subscriptions. |
Want to stop sharing with your partner but keep your account? Use More → Pairing code → Unpair instead. Each of you keeps a copy of the album and dates.
